SignForse ("the App") is a business field-operations tool that helps brands audit branch signage, conduct surveys, and manage complaints. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, and phone number, provided by you or your employer when your account is created.
- Photos — pictures you capture in the App (signage surveys, discoveries, complaint attachments). The camera is used only when you actively take a photo.
- Location — the App records your device location at the moment you capture field photos, and stamps it onto the image, so audits can verify where a photo was taken.
- Audio — voice notes you choose to record when submitting complaints.
- Device data — a push-notification token so we can send you work notifications.
How we use it
- To operate the service: routing surveys, complaints, and discoveries between your branch and your brand's management.
- To verify audit authenticity (geo/time stamps on photos).
- To notify you about assigned work (push notifications and email).
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties outside your own organisation's workspace.
Storage & security
Data is stored on servers located in Saudi Arabia. Media files are access-controlled: only authenticated members of your organisation with the appropriate role can view them. Passwords are stored hashed.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is retained while your organisation uses the service. You can delete your account at any time from the App (Manage → Delete Account), which removes your personal account data. For organisation-level data removal requests, contact us.
